The most important service and the master plan of all CiscoXMLService.com, was born for the limitation of addressbook on Cisco CCME and UC500, after is evolved with syncronization tools between computer and mobile phone.
The application is divided in two categories: addressbook company and contact for improve search and compatibility operation.
Addressbook contacts can be assigned to company.
Company's addressbook is composed of business name and phone number, for the contacts the fields are: name, surname, company, mobile and work phones numbers.
There are also a lookup service with a simple tcl script on the router for showing name instead of number in incoming calls.
For the user's privacy is possible to limit the range of IP that can login on ciscoxmlservice with your account or full-encryption of the database data.
For the last features the key for decrypt your data don't stay on our servers but on your phone, so in case of database violation your data aren't usable from attacker.
These privacy features aren't enable by default but are managed by backoffice web interface in the company's account.
