Number to Name |
Associate display names to calling numbers for incoming calls. Names can be kept on text file or web server. Also allows ANI*DNIS format for T1 CAS circuits, and routing based on calling number expression. Benefit: improves customer service by recognize caller by name from unlimited length lists. Save on leasing PRI where more expensive than T1 CAS. |

Number to Name for "Cellular Caller" |
In the US and Canada, most telcos do provide calling name service. However, calls from cellular phones come in with a string like "Cellular Caller" or similar. Since a name is already present, that prevents CME's functionality to associate a name configured as "directory entry". With this script, you can define which of these strings are removed to allow CME number lookup. Benefit: Display a name for known cellular phones numbers. |

Recorder |
Record and listen voice prompts in the proper .au format used by Cisco.
Benefit: Save time and gain convenience by recording voice prompts from any phone. |

Selective ringback tone |
Allow to treat calls to busy extensions differently for internal/external callers, providing differentiated ring-back or call waiting message confirmation to caller. Application: managers want to hear positive confirmation their call waiting is being announced. Optionally, external callers will to not get this, to maintain called status privacy. |

Speed-dial with pause |
Call automated IVR systems and the script will dial long numbers and pauses as required. Benefit: save $$$ by using long distance service calling card. |

Safe 911 * |
Give callers an option to cancel wrongly placed emergency calls. Also activate internal procedures to inform system administrator. Benefit: Avoid hefty fines by Law Enforcement for false calls. |

Universal AA (CUE) |
Advanced .aef script that supports the most commonly used Auto Attendant operation modes using simple configuration parameters. For example, it is possible to directly configure complex actions (including dial-by-extension, dial by name, announcements) for any key selection. It also supports time and day based operation, and more. Benefit: eliminate time consuming script editing and debugging everytime a change is requested. |

Note: The scripts work with Cisco CME, UC5x0, CUCM and CUE, any version.
For CUCM, H.323 or SIP is required on the Voice Gateway. MGCP is not supported. If you have CM with MGCP, upgrade first to H.323 or SIP before contacting us.
