Why I can't use encryption features as a normal user?
Because the key for decrypt data is sended as a service url and usualy users can't change it, only the administrator.
When I enable encryption of my data I have to put my key every times in backoffice area after login?
Yes, we don't keep any key that can decrypt your data. You can save the key as a browser cookie so you haven't to re-digit at login.
